Judicial Watch Continues Fight Against Hillary As Federal Judge Clears Her

On Tuesday, A federal judge ruled that the documents don't show evidence of "government misconduct". Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog that was very involved in exposing Hillary Clinton's private email server use requested 30 records of Hillary Clinton's private email server use. However, this request was denied by a judge.

Judicial Watch wants the records in public hands as "the records would purportedly illuminate the Department’s complicity in Clinton’s misuse of a private server or, alternatively, expose later discussions by State employees to create misinformation to minimize the public’s perceptions that conduct."

Judicial Watch is taking steps to file an appeal in an effort to unearth the documents. "We remain curious about the documents … the PR effort remains troubling and something that we think is in the public’s interest to know," Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said.

Fitton also mentioned that they will continue to fight against the Benghazi scandal and other alleged illegal actions taken by Clinton during her tenure as Secretary of State.
