Lena Headey Spills Details On Cersei's Fate
Will Cersei Lannister's reign on the Iron Throne last longer than we have previously thought?
In an interview with The New York Times, Headey revealed that she will be taking it easy until Game of Thrones starts shooting again in the fall.
"Otherwise she plans to finish moving into her house and generally take it easy until filming starts this fall on the final season of "Game of Thrones."
Like everyone else on the show, she faces an uncertain fate, but at least will finally learn who winds up on the Iron Throne in the end."

Previously at Gong, we have speculated that Cersei would be murdered (potentially by strangulation) by Jaime.
The trailers depict King's Landing surrounded on all sides by different enemies. This furthered the expectation that Cersei might bite the dust this season.
However, Headey just seemed to confirm that she is scheduled to survive season seven and make it to the end.
Headey said, she will be there to see who finally ends up the winner.
She said, "It can't be me (on the Iron Throne) because I'm already there. So I'm [expletive]."
It is possible that Headey's comments are just misdirection. Game of Thrones has hidden surprises in this way before.
This seems like more of a slip of the tongue to me, though.
Headey also offered some more thoughts on Cersei throughout this next season.
"Um, she's not having a good time - there you go. Apparently winter is really coming, finally," the actress joked.
We will see what happens July 16 when Game of Thrones season 7 premieres. Check back with Gong for more Game of Thrones updates.
