Playstation 4 March Releases You Need To Get Your Hands On

2K Reads

March is coming up and with it, comes a slew of great fresh games. There's a surprising amount of quality games coming out here, ranging from twin sticks indies, to RPG shooters and one particularly fantastic sports series. I’m here to round out the games you need to get this March.

MLB The Show 17

MLB The Show 17 is Sony’s annual baseball entry redone for 2017. If you’re a baseball nut, I don’t have to convince you to check this game out, it’s the holy grail of sports games. Animations are incredibly realistic and the team behind The Show are always tinkering and making the game better.

This year they’ve redone team animations and made the ball more realistic with more ball physics. MLB The Show 17 is coming out March 28th for the PS4.

Mass Effect: Andromeda

Mass Effect: Andromeda’s story takes place between Mass Effect 2 and 3 and is shaping up to be a fantastic game. The gun gameplay looks tense and responsive and the classic Mass Effect dialogue choice is back.

The previous Mass Effect games were built on Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, but for this It’s all built on DICE’s beautiful Frostbite 3 engine. That means all the textures, landscapes, guns, character models had to be done by scratch. And the result is stunning. Mass Effect Andromeda will be dropping on March 21st for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands

Wildlands marks a departure for the Ghost Recon series. Wildlands will be the first Ghost Recon game to be open world, and while there aren’t concrete details, it’s said to be huge. There’s also an abundance of vehicles to get to your objectives, and take on your enemies in any way you want to.

Tom Clancy games have been quite linear up to this point and you’ll have the freedom to take down a boss via quiet infiltration or an attack helicopter run. Wildlands is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 7th.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 and 2.5 ReMix

This is going to be the best bundle you ever buy. This bundle will include five games, of which contains remastered versions of the amazing Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2.

If you don’t know what Kingdom Hearts is, let me give you a quick recap. Kingdom Hearts is a crossover of various Disney settings and characters. You play as Sora, a cheerful teenager, who has to search for his friends with characters from the Disney universe such as Donald Duck and Goofy.

There’s also a crazy voice cast. Seriously, this cast includes Hayden Panettiere, James Woods, Hayley Joel Osment, and Dan Castellaneta (y’know the voice of basically half the Simpsons characters). If you’ve never picked this game up, now is the time. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix will come to North American PlayStation 4 on March 28, 2017. It will arrive in Japan on March 9, 2017 and in Europe on March 31, 2017.
